Our catering department is led by locally renowned Head Chef Tony Clark. Tony trained, initially at the Kensington Hotel in London, before moving to the Gleneagles' Caledonian Hotel, Forest Pines and Healing Manor. He leads a team of 10 in delivering an exquisite dining experience to all those who dine with us here at Grange Park.
