Tony Clark Joins Grange Park

From 1st March, Grange Park will have a new Head Chef to cook up culinary delights for all!

We are delighted to announce that Tony Clark will be joining our team from March 1st. Tony has worked all over the UK and in Europe at some of the most prestigious and well-respected venues including the Kensington Hotel in London, before moving to the Gleneagles' Caledonian Hotel, Forest Pines and Healing Manor. He leaves his current post at Ashby Decoy Golf Club in late February, and with him comes a 10 strong team determined to raise the profile and quality of food here at Grange Park.

Tony's wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry guarantees success, and we have already published the first of his new menus on our 19th Hole Bar & Restaurant page with more to follow shortly.

This exciting new development has resulted in a complete overhaul in our wedding and events menu options, with a plethora of new ideas and inspirations. We will also be open from 9am - 5pm weekdays and 7am to 5pm on weekends for the public to visit our exquisitely designed Swedish clubhouse for a quiet drink or tasty meal with panoramic views out over our golf course. Furthermore, our Sunday Lunches made a comeback late last year and these will only get busier as Tony's tenure commences so why not pop down for one? We are sure you won't leave disappointed.
